Join Our JOGLE Challenge!
We're supporting the Licensed Trade Charity's JOGLE Challenge, and we'd love you to get involved!
From 13th July to 11th August, we're aiming to help clock up 900 miles – matching the incredible John O'Groats to Land's End journey. Whether you run, walk, jog, or simply rack up the miles while you're out and about, every mile counts.
Joining the Strava JOGLE Run Club is completely free, and anyone can take part. Bring your friends and family along too – the more people involved, the better!
If you'd like to support the cause even further, donations are always appreciated. Every penny raised helps the Licensed Trade Charity provide vital support to people working in the hospitality industry who are facing financial hardship or mental health challenges.

Fish Night at The Rose & Crown
Following the fantastic response to our first Fish Night, we're delighted to announce that it's here to stay!
Join us every other Wednesday as Chef Dave Giddings serves up traditional fish and chips alongside a delicious Fish of the Day special, featuring the freshest seasonal catch.
Our next Fish Night is on Wednesday 15th July, with food served from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Enjoy your meal in the pub or order it as a takeaway.
Whether you're in the mood for a classic fish and chips, tempted by one of Dave's fresh fish specials, or simply looking for the perfect excuse to enjoy a midweek pint, there's something for everyone.

Japanese Cuisine Night
Following the sell-out success of their first visit, David Line and Ren Southall are returning to take over our kitchen for another unforgettable evening of Japanese-inspired dining.
Join us on Wednesday 22nd July for a menu celebrating the bold flavours and comforting dishes of Japan, inspired by the vibrant late-night drinking dens of Tokyo. Expect umami-rich plates, expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and plenty of authentic flavour.
